Our entire Saturday morning was spent showing Miles the joys of Duck Hunt, Tetris, Super Tecno Bowl and The Legend of Zelda.
His favorite was Duck Hunt.
Though, come to find out, it doesn't work on flat panel LCD Sony televisions.
But he liked the little dog that laughed at him for not shooting any ducks just as well.
Ella, however, will follow as a 4th generation Tetris nerd. She told me so.
My Grandma and Grandpa Savoy could play Tetris like nobody I've ever known. Except one of those Japanese kids on YouTube. My mom's not too shabby either. Me? I got game. Just ask my friend Josh. We played the State Championship last night and I beat him by 40 or so lines. He wants a rematch, but I know deep down he's scared like a little girl. Better bring your A game Josh.
Yes Ella, you have a legacy to uphold. Though don't worry. You don't have to be good at any other game invented for gaming system or computer. 'Cause I'm not, that's for sure.

Love it! Since I wasn't smart enough to keep my old Nintendo original...I have purchased, for $5 each, Super Mario Brothers and Mario 3 for my Wii. Jackson LOVES playing those with me. Ahhh...memories! Ella will definately need to learn Tetris...I'm not too shabby myself!! :-)
