I've been asked what I've done with the church pews by several people.
Well, officially, nothing yet. A new roof has jumped up on the to do list.... which reminds me that I had a dream last night that my house was flooding. But my house wasn't my house, it was a basketball gym. With Victorian columns. And gargoyles.
Strange.
Anyway, last night, we used the church pews for......
church.
We hauled the youth group out to our house instead of having youth at the church building. And then totally ripped an idea from our awesomely awesome family in the Valley. We showed a Nooma on the side of our barn and pulled the pews out for everyone to sit.
{Taking pictures in the dark with no flash is new to me. So I got a few blurry pics. Which I almost like better....}
It was such a beautiful night. The fire pit, some s'mores, a Nooma, some Funyuns & root beer.
It was a fun way to use the church pews.
