I remember always having a little something special on the kitchen table or the fireplace hearth on Valentine's Day as a kid.
Perhaps my favorite thing ever was a red and white softball bat (my team colors were red and white too!).
So this morning, the kiddos got some V-Day treats when they woke up.
{the heart shaped cookie cutters in the photo above were garage-saled for .50 last spring...been holding on to them for awhile!!}
These two kids have the craziest hair...
...and the sweetest little smiles.

And another little tradition we seem to have started over the last couple of years...
