WDW: Day 6

Day 6 was spent at Epcot.

Fun fact: Emmett wore his Indiana Jones hat. At any given point, all day long, he would stop walking/eating/functioning.  He required us to sing the Indiana Jones theme song before he would become operational again.

We started off in The Seas with Nemo and Friends.

Not only was there a ride, but an aquarium!

We happened upon fish feeding time.

We went to Turtle Talk with Crush.

Crush is a totally-righteous-surfer-dude of a turtle, and his interactive show was really fun.
He picked Ella out of the crowd of children to see if she could "talk turtle".  She had to talk into the microphone and I was so proud of her for being brave enough to do it!

Crush: Can you say "Totally?"
Ella:  Tooootally.
Crush:  Can you say "Sweet?"
Ella: Sweeeeeet.
Crush:  Awesome little dudette!  Now put them together and say "Totally Sweet".
Ella:  Toooootally Sweeeeet.

Then, Crush asked where Ella's "mommacita" was.  I don't remember what he asked me, but I do remember answering correctly with my very best, "Tooooooootally."

Then we headed over to The Character Spot for more autographs and photos with characters.  The kids were autograph obsessed.

This moment was when the kids were thoroughly entertained by using "The Force" to open these glass doors.  Over and over.

We rode Soarin', which turned out to be Ella's favorite ride.  It was really awesome!

We ate lunch in Germany. I was so hungry and tired at that point, I must have put my camera away because I have no photos of our trek around the World Showcase.   We didn't make it all the way around.  We didn't even care.  Britton had been out of gas for two days already and I had finally used all of my magical reserve fuel.

We had some snacks.

Traded some pins.

And headed back for some rest before returned in the evening.

When we returned to our room, Britton turned Disney Junior on the tv for the kids and we both slept for a couple of hours.  That night, I found that Emmett had found (and sampled) all the chocolate snacks I had brought for our trip while we slept.  Chocolate protein bars, chocolate pudding cups, m&ms from the trail mix, etc.  This is an important part of a story for later.

To Be Continued...
