Saturday morning began a long, long time ago...
with blueberry pancakes.
It was fun. And tasty. And remarkably, not too messy.
Then there was cleaning and showing the house this afternoon.
And a swim party, to which my hubby would not let me take my camera. But man, did Miles have fun! And so did this big ol' pregnant girl. Remember that movie Free Willy?
And when we got home we were all so tired. I got Miles down easily. Britton fell asleep on the couch before 10pm. In fact, he's snoring so loud right now I can hardly think.
And I....
Well, I'm am a crazy, obsessed, compulsive, determined knitting fool. And here it is, after midnight. I'm still exhausted, but dadgumit, I'm going to show you the hat.
I had to ask a ball of yarn to model it for me because Miles has been asleep for hours. And though I contemplated waking him up to try it on, I thought better of it once I went in and saw him sleeping so snugly.
Ta-Da!

It's really not a very good picture. That ball of yarn is a pathetic model. But I'm too tired to care. I'll post a pic of the kid wearing it tomorrow.
