UPDATE: My family was spared the devastation many Oklahomans have faced today. Thank you for keeping us in your prayers. Please pray now for those who have lost so much.
Please pray for Oklahoma.
There are tornados on the ground...headed toward the OKC metro. Headed toward my house.
I've been to the safety deposit box and dropped off discs with over 12,000 photos.
I've packed 2 bags including -
:: all our mini DVs (home videos)
:: both my external hard drives with millions of photos
:: some books
:: some games
:: some colors
:: some alcohol (just kidding)
:: my camera
:: diapers and wipes
And I've posted this verse on my front door as I leave to go to the storm cellar.
Psalm 27:1 - "The Lord is my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear?"
And with that I'll direct you to some tornado humor from years gone by...
Please pray for Oklahoma.

Prayers YES!
Please be safe and may the Lord bless you and your loved ones!
I'm sure your faith will sustain you through whatever comes, but we will pray for the BEST!
Maybe the tornado will just suck all the hornworms out and leave you with no pests in your garden!
I guess I had not found your blog last year when these tornado episodes took place. You definitely know how to roll with the wind!
Be safe!
I'm thinking about you guys, hope all is well. We're having wild storms up here too.
I doubt seriously that you were "just kidding" ;) There were 11 of us in your bro-and-sister-in-law's cellar tonight... a little close! But thankful we all are safe and sound!
glad you are all safe and sound. was thinking about you all last night.
Praying for you! We got some in Texas but not nearly as bad. Hope you're all okay.
I hope she was "just kidding" and had it for back-up... glad all were safe. It's the only time that Chelsea in Norman Jessie in Ardmore and us in Elmore were all in shelters at the same time...unbelievable!
