Christmas Morning = Wonderful
homemade cinnamon rolls.
relaxing.
kids slept until after 8:00!
growing up, we always forgot to do our stockings until last.
miles spotted his coming down the stairs and rubbed his chin as he scoped it out.
a quick and overwhelmed check of the newest presents under the tree.
back to the stockings.
now, on to the presents!
he's wanted a "bee pet pillow" since march.
after an hour in walmart, miles picked out rosie (a girl "thomas" sized for itty bitty hands) to give to his sister. she loves it.
ella found the cookie parts that santa left behind and snacked on them all morning.
and just so you know, the acquisition of Tidmouth Sheds (Thomas' home), brought about the highest pitched scream of the morning...maybe of the year.
It was a perfect Christmas morning.

What a fabulous photo documentation! You a much better job then I do at catching people opening gifts.
That was fun reliving Christmas morning with the Buss fam!
I noticed that mom and dads stockings were empty...I remember those days as well. The kids will get old enough after a few years to notice that and feel bad that mom and dad don't have anything in their stockings and then THEY start filling them! My kids have more joy seeing us open our stockings! The joys of giving!
love love LOVE the pic of E and her buddy with their matching computers and chairs! So fun to see your Christmas. :)
Katie got a "Leaptop" too!! She and Ella will have to Email. ;-)
