After.

Thank you State Farm.
You've been..... well...... like a good neighbor.
The day we got a new roof was filled with excitement.
First, the dumpster came bright and early.

We had front row seats as it was placed right at our door.
Miles and Ella enjoyed it thoroughly.

It completely stressed their mother out.
Later, Miles l-o-v-e-d when the truck from the hardware store came to deliver the shingles.
This is what he told me about it....
"Momma! Twuck cuwple up traiwer! Go up twack! Fix yeak!"
{"Momma! The truck coupled up to the trailer! The boxes are going up the track! They're fixing the leak!"}

Coupled up. He learned that by watching Thomas the Tank Engine. I learned it too.
It was a beautiful day to get a new roof.

No more "yeaks". Bring on the rain.

don't forget about "shunting trucks" and being "disgruntled and cross"...this is what we've learned from Thomas
